Mommy's birthday

Yesterday was Mommy's birthday. I don't really have very much shopping money, so for her gift, I performed for her. I took two steps all by myself! She was very impressed with my new talent, and just hopes now that I'll start taking more steps. She's very tired of carrying me all the time!

My babysitter took some pictures of me, so we gave those to Mommy for her birthday, too. They're not great quality, because they're just scanned in, but here they are:

Polka dotted baby

When I woke up Thursday morning, my whole body was covered with little red dots. Mommy kinda freaked out. She took me to the doctor. He said that I have a virus and the rash is a part of that. The good news is, I got to hang out with Mommy all day at home. She let me lay around on the couch and I even got to hold a remote control. The spots are kinda hard to see in these pictures, but I promise, they were covering me from head to toe!!!

Halloween!

Yesterday was Halloween. I don't really know what this holiday is all about, but I do know that I got to wear a cute costume and got a LOT of candy. We had "Trunk Or Treat" at our church. Everyone went from trunk to trunk, and got candy from everyone's trunk. Mommy decorated the back of our SUV and gave everyone candy out of it. She let me be the centerpiece of the decoration after I had gone around and gotten my candy. I was really tired, but I was very patient, and didn't even fight to take off the hat of my costume.

After the church, we trick or treated at a nursing home, and then on our street. It was really fun, but I was exhausted by the time we were done.
