Lately, there's been this stuff in our house called static electricity. I don't like it! When Mommy gives me kisses, sometimes it shocks me. And when I sit on the couch, my hair stands up like this: (You may have to click on the picture to really see how much it's standing up!)
Now that I'm starting to get more hair, it's getting curly! Especially when it's wet. Here are some pictures of me having fun in the bathtub with my cute curly do.
This morning, we went to church, and guess who was there? Santa Claus! I decided that I like him a lot better from a distance than up close. When I sat on his lap, I didn't cry, but I did get a little freaked out. Anyway, here are a couple of cute pics of us.
On Saturday night, we went to the Fayetteville Square to look at the pretty Christmas lights. I enjoyed being pushed around the Square in my stroller. I didn't, however, enjoy Mommy taking me out and sitting me on the rocks to take a picture of me. That's why I look a little sad in the pictures. For the most part, it was a fun night, until I got really tired and really, really cranky. Oh, and I DON'T like blinky lights. They make me cry, too.
Mommy got me this cool toy. Since I'm afraid of walking without something to hold onto, I can use this toy and push it along, and I feel much more confident. I usually play with it inside, but last Sunday was so pretty outside that I got to play with it in the yard, and Mommy and I even took a walk down the sidewalk with it. It was a very fun adventure!
Last Sunday, it was really cold when we went to church. I got to wear a really cute sweater dress that used to belong to my friend Elizabeth, and a super-cute hat that Elizabeth's mommy made for me on my birthday. (Oh, and my cute brown suede boots, but you can't see them very well in the pictures.) I looked adorable! (As usual!)
Mommy used to do all the work for me when I brushed my teeth, but I'm such a big girl now, that I can do it myself. (Mommy still helps to make sure they get brushed good!)
Last Thursday was Thanksgiving. We got together with our WHOLE family and had some fun and yummy food. I got to spend time with my Grammy. (Doesn't she look awesome?!?) And of course Addie was there, and looking extremely beautiful. And Miles and I got into all kinds of trouble! I swiped his hat, and was very proud of myself for putting it on my head!
Did you know that I have two cousins that live in Ohio who I had never met before last week??? Their names are Adeline and Miles, and they came to visit for the Thanksgiving holiday. Miles is a few months younger than me. We really liked each other a lot. At first, I wasn't sure what to think of him. But he really liked to pat my head. And he LOVED giving me wet kisses.
Having a big step-sister and step-brother is awesome. Although I know how to walk, I don't really like to do it on my own. Luckily, when Josie and Declan are home, they help me by holding my hands and walking with me. (Please pay no attention to how extremely cluttered our garage is in the background of these photos!)
