Sick...

When Mommy picked me up from the babysitter yesterday, she noticed I had a runny nose and red, puffy eyes. She figured it was just allergies, but she took me to see Dr. Vickery this morning and he said I have an infection in both ears! Yuck!!! You can see in these pictures that I don't feel very good.

But, no matter how yucky I feel, blowing bubbles always makes me happy!

My First Craft!

At my babysitter's, she's always sent home little crafts with us around different holidays. This week was exciting, though. It was the first time I actually got to HELP make the craft! We made jack-o-lanterns. Mommy wanted to take a picture of me holding it up, but I wasn't very cooperative. My eyes are closed in every single picture, and I always turned it to look at it right as she was snapping the picture. Oh well, you can kind of get the idea, anyway!

This may look like a screaming face, but I was actually just super-happy!

Too Big!

So, Mommy turns her back for a minute, and then I try to get in the baby swing. I couldn't quite fit. It's funny that I'm too big for baby things now. I'm turning into such a big girl.
By the way, I thought I was pretty cute for trying to get in the swing!

Luau!

My friend Abri recently had a birthday, and for her party, she had a super cool luau! I got lots of cool things like a flower lei and sunglasses, and I got to play with a hula hoop and try to break a pinata!

Of course, the best thing about birthday parties is the cake! This cake was finger-licking (and hand-licking) good!

Working with Mommy

My mommy is still working her second job at the church. I like going to work with her there. They have lots of cool toys like blocks, a Little People Noah's Arc, and beep-beeps.

I've even made some new friends. My favorite friend is Lizzy. She's very quiet and shy, but she loves my mommy and she's nice to me. We both really like to read, so we ask Mommy to read us LOTS of books.

More Terrible Twos...

I still have over a week before I turn two, but I'm really perfecting the art of throwing terrible two fits. Here I am throwing myself down on the floor and screaming. It made Mommy very happy. Okay, maybe it really made her sad. Luckily, I don't do it too often.

Shoe Diva!

Mommy loves shoes, and she's passed that love down to me. I especially like to put on Mommy's shoes and walk around in them. Here I am trying to wear her flip flops.
