Grammy's Birthday!

Today is my Grammy's birthday! Have I mentioned before how much I love her? (I know I have!!!)
The BIG present we gave Grammy was a ride in a helicopter earlier this month. She rode the helicopter with Mommy. I was sad that I didn't get to ride, but the pilot did let me sit in the front seat for a minute!

Today, we celebrated some more by having lunch with Grammy and the other members of our family that still live in Siloam Springs. We gave her an Aaron Neville CD, a card from Mommy, and a card that I picked out with a kitty on it that Meows the Happy Birthday song. I LOVE the card! (And I LOVE my Grammy!!!) HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRAMMY!!!

My First Day with a Stay at Home Mommy!

Today was Mommy's first week day to stay home with me. She's pretty nervous that she is not going to be great at this new job, and that her boss (me, hehe!!!) will be really critical of her performance. I think we both had fun today, so I at least give her an "A" for effort, as we figure out this world of stay-at-home-dom...

We started our day with breakfast and some coloring. Here is my masterpiece!

(The scribbles to the left of the orange part are my signature...all of the letters are there, you

just have to know how to read them the right way!)

After we played at home for a while, Mommy took to to Siloam to see my Grammy! I love my Grammy! She is the bestest in the world! We spent some time at Grammy's house, then we went to the park.

Here I am on one of the playsets:

Of course, I had to do at least one modeling pose when I saw mommy with the camera!

Here I am yelling "Ice Cream!" to let Mommy and Grammy know to come buy some imaginary ice cream from me. Mommy was excited, because she's on a diet and that's the closest she's come to eating ice cream in months!

Mommy went down one of the slides with me:

Grammy went on the swings with me:

And I even climbed the ladder to the absolute tallest slide all by myself! (Even Mommy is afraid to do this!)

A nervous smile on the climb up...

The wave at the top to say "I'm OK!"

And a big smile because I was proud of my accomplishment!!!

I'd say for her first day on the job, Mommy did okay. I don't think I'll fire her just yet!

I'm baaaaaack!

So, my mommy has been really busy for the last, like, year or so, and she hasn't let me update my blog. But here's some big news...she's staying home with me now! Since we're staying home together, she promises to let me update it a LOT more.

I'm so excited to share all that's going on in my world with the online world again! More to come...
